2021 ANNUAL GATHERING

Join us for the fun & fellowship during our Annual Gathering.  The Florida Park Service Ranger Association will gather at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to explore the park, spin some yarns, raise some money for the organization through the Arnold Kuenzler and Family Annual Auction, cover some necessary business and have a good time.   You don’t have to be a member to attend but once you see what good deeds the organization performs you will want to join.

Don’t forget to bring your items and your money for the auction.  Auction items should be new, handmade or collectible items. This is a major fundraiser for the Ranger Association’s James A. Cook Humanitarian Relief Fund  which directly benefits current and retired FPS staff. 

Due to precautions for COVID-19, advance registration is required and those attending are asked to wear masks and social distance.

Those planning to attend just during the day are asked to register.

Overnight Accommodations

A number of campsites and cabins are blocked for the FPSRA Annual Gathering.  Some of the units have been blocked for early arrival so come early to enjoy the park.  

• 1BR/1BA Bungalow cabins ($120 Per Night) 
  
• 2BR/2BA Standard cabins ($145 Per Night) 
  
• RV Sites ($42.00 Per Night - 50% less for Seniors)
• Tent sites ($24.00 Per Night - 50% less for Seniors)
•  Standard rates apply, since this is not a work day.

Cabin and campsite reservation instructions will be emailed once your event registration is complete. A special reservation phone number and event number will be provided at the bottom of your Annual Gathering registration confirmation email from the FPSRA.

The block for cabins/campsites will be held until April 8^th then will be released to the public.  Based on the response for 2020 Gathering all sites may go quickly, so make your reservations ASAP.

Saturday, April 24

9:00 am - Registration & get re-acquainted (Coffee and light snacks provided)

9:30 am - Annual Business Meeting

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm - Lunch, visiting & Silent Auction

2:30 pm - 4:30 pm - Arnold Kuenzler and Family Annual Auction

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm - Explore Topsail and more visiting

6:00 pm - Dinner

7:30 pm - Program (TBD)
